Consulting sessions are delivered via Google Meet. Tours are delivered in person in Japan. Digital guides are delivered by download after purchase. All bookings are confirmed by email.
Consulting sessions and tours cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refund. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue with the file.
All content on this site — written, photographic, and design — is the property of JapanPass. PDF guides are sold under a single-user personal-use license. They may not be republished, redistributed, or resold.
Tour and travel information is provided in good faith. JapanPass is not liable for changes to venues, transit, or access conditions outside its control. Travelers are responsible for their own travel insurance and personal safety.
