Consulting and advisory sessions: rescheduling is available up to 24 hours
before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before
the session are eligible for a full refund. No refund is issued for cancellations
within 48 hours or after the session has been delivered. Custom trip plan: a full refund is available if cancelled before work has commenced. No refund once work has begun.
