Every tax office in Nara 奈良県, as the National Tax Agency lists them. This is where you file a return, ask about a bill, or collect a certificate of tax payment for a visa renewal.

Counter staff mostly do not speak English. Take a Japanese speaker, or use the multilingual telephone line on the agency site.
